Academic Structure (Phase-wise)
The BHMS course is divided into four professional years and one year of compulsory internship.

First BHMS: The Foundation (1.5 Years)
- Human Anatomy: Study of the structure of the human body through cadaveric dissection.
- Physiology & Biochemistry: Understanding the functions of the human body and chemical processes.
- Homeopathic Pharmacy: The science of drug preparation and standardization.
- Homeopathic Philosophy: Introduction to the basic laws of Homeopathy.

Second BHMS: The Study of Disease (1 Year)
- Pathology & Microbiology: Investigation of the nature and causes of diseases.
- Forensic Medicine & Toxicology (FMT): Medical jurisprudence and the study of poisons.
- Homeopathic Materia Medica: Detailed study of various homeopathic drugs.
- Organon of Medicine: Deep dive into the principles of homeopathic practice.

Third BHMS: Clinical Specialization (1 Year)
- Surgery: General surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, and Orthopaedics (with Homeopathic therapeutics).
- Gynaecology & Obstetrics: Women’s health, pregnancy, and childbirth.
- Homeopathic Materia Medica: Comparative study of medicines.
- Organon of Medicine: Clinical application of philosophy.

Fourth BHMS: Advanced Practice (1 Year)
- Practice of Medicine: Diagnosis and management of systemic diseases.
- Community Medicine: Public health, preventive medicine, and rural healthcare.
- Repertory: The art of case analysis and remedy selection.
- Homeopathic Materia Medica & Organon: Advanced clinical therapeutics.
The Internship Program (1 Year)
This is a mandatory Rotatory Internship where students apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.
- Clinical Rotations: Posting in OPD (Out-Patient Department) and IPD (In-Patient Department).
- Rural Postings: Serving in local community health centers around Dharashiv.
- Emergency Care: Exposure to acute cases and medical emergencies.
